Purchasing a newly constructed home can be a challenging process...and a process it is. Over the years I have worked with many buyers that purchased new construction. We will typically sit down before we ever set foot in a new home model with you, so we can better understand your needs and match you to the right builder and building style (Local Builders). We also do an overview of the entire process, so you know what to expect and how to react to the challenges that inevitability arise. There are many different kinds of builders (New home builders...Where do I start...) so after our first meeting, finding the right builder is the first order of business (after you get qualified for a loan or have your funding in order). Getting your financing in order early in the process is so important because we need to know what price range or house payment matches your goals--and more importantly your budget.
If you are thinking about purchasing a new home, I would love to walk you through the process. We can meet in person or in a virtual meeting. (Book an appointment)
