I'm Skip and this is my site.  I started my Real Estate Journey years ago before I even I knew that's where the Lord was leading. I was raised on a farm allowing me the opportunity to learn the true value of hard work, dependability and passion. Later starting in construction, I gleaned a vast knowledge of correct systems and practice. This also allowed me to learn the "how to" mindset that would become valuable for my clients later.  I expanded that knowledge in the industrial construction setting while working my way through college.  In 2004, I started Real Estate and have been devoted to serving my clients. I began combining my talents in 2008 by navigating the art of flipping homes and purchasing rentals--single and multifamily units. I have found that Real Estate and my farming roots have a common thread...Hard Work...Dependability...Passion!
